Provincial Communication and Surveillance Centre
We have a Provincial Communication and Monitoring Centre (PCSC) on our premises, operating 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our dispatchers are responsible for managing customer requests and emergency situations. They will provide the necessary assistance and support and if necessary, they will be able to contact the appropriate emergency service.
In addition, we offer video surveillance of your facilities. Our plant is equipped with a modern infrastructure and an ultra-fast network for the transmission of surveillance images in real time. Our network is secure and our video surveillance agents work from a secure room in our provincial communication and surveillance center (PCSC).
Power outage? Don’t worry, our computer systems are programmed to automatically transfer all calls, as well as the video camera system, to one of our specially equipped patrol cars.
